Welcome to my page!
I am a data scientist and software developer with a PhD in particle physics from the University of Manchester. My doctoral research focused on neutrino detection using liquid argon time projection chambers (LArTPCs), with an emphasis on improving the precision and scope of solar neutrino measurements through advances in detector technology and data analysis. I also hold an MSc in Physics from University College London and a BSc in Physics with Astronomy from the University of São Paulo.
Alongside academia, I have professional experience in data analysis and operational strategy at Amazon Logistics in London. There, I worked extensively with large datasets, built automated reporting and data-processing workflows, and collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders to support decision-making in fast-paced, operationally constrained environments. This experience strengthened my ability to connect detailed analysis with broader business objectives under real-world constraints.
In parallel, I actively pursue software development projects, particularly in data analysis, automation, and scientific computing, which allow me to continue exploring practical applications of computational methods beyond formal research environments.
Beyond my technical work, aviation is my passion. I am a licensed private pilot in both Brazil and the United Kingdom, and I value the discipline, situational awareness, and procedural rigour that flying demands.
